We do not ask for, and you should not submit, identification numbers, financial account details or any other sensitive personal data through this site.
Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to send you the updates you registered for — the site plan, unit mix, floor plans, price list and preview date for the Loyang Avenue redevelopment, as and when the developer releases them. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Submitting a form on this site constitutes your consent to be contacted for the purposes above, including by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email. You may withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message you receive from us, or by writing to us using the contact details supplied in our correspondence. We will act on a withdrawal request within a reasonable period, after which we will stop sending you marketing communications.
Form submissions are transmitted to a Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script web app and stored within Google Workspace. Each submission records which form on this website it came from, so enquiries from this site can be identified and answered. Access is restricted to the people handling enquiries. We keep your data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
This site loads Google Fonts, and sends enquiries through Google Apps Script. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or tracking pixel.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us through any message you have received from us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This is an independent information and enquiry website for the redevelopment of the former Loyang Valley estate at 200–224 Loyang Avenue. It is not the developer’s official website and is not connected to any other website covering the same site. “Loyang Valley Residences” is a working reference name; the developer has not announced an official one. Every image is an artistic impression and every floor plan is an illustrative drawing from another development. Confirm all details against the official sales documents.
